Best Western Grants Inn

Robert has been THE friendliest employee I have ever met. Not only does he exude the best personality, but he should be the gold standard for customer service. From check in to check out, Robert has made our stay well worth the price we paid and gave us peace of mind. Cannot thank him enough for his kindness and service. Personally, I felt like the location was great. Small, but charming town of grants right off the interstate and close to a Walmart that has just about anything you need along with some basic fast food places if needed. Perfect for a quick trip like ours. Rooms are updated, spacious, and comfortable as well. I think anyone dreads having to sleep away from your own bed, but best western has truly made it possible to recharge and relax a bit. We will be choosing BW going forward when needing to book a hotel.

Wow! Having traveled for two weeks and stayed in four other hotels across Arizona, we were pleasantly surprised at how nice this Best Western was. Not only was it clean, but it was secured with locked outer doors. And it had the best breakfast!

Breakfast was like most, food was good fresh, coffee was hot.

The breakfast was not good. Empty serving containers, not a good choice for breakfast food. Location is excellent for I-40 travelling.

Staff was friendly. Great breakfast!
